We can recover photos / videos from all memory cards. SD, Compact Flash, Micro/Mini SD, M2, Sony Pro Duo, XD, USB Pen Drives, Transflash, Multi-media card.
If your memory card is not physically damaged, we have specialised recovery software that retrieves almost all your photos or videos back. At least 90 – 95% of your photos are recovered.
For the recovery process to work most effectively we recommend that you do not format the memory card. For full details on the recovery process please look at our FAQs page.
Pictures / videos / documents, that have been recovered will be copied onto a CD or DVD. When you receive your memory card back along with your CD from us, we recommend that you format the memory card in your digital camera.

Sending your memory card to us
Post the card too: (include your name, address, email address, and a rough estimate of how many images there should be, and state if any videos that need to be recovered as well)

The Process
1. Send your memory card to the address above. Please send a S.A.E.
2. We will scan your memory card/usb drive, and email you a sample set of the recovered pictures as thumbnails.
3. We will request payment by PayPal or Cheque. (PayPal is the fastest option, secure online payment via credit card)
4. Upon receipt of payment we will return your memory card and the recovered pictures on CD/DVD.
No recovery no charge
For your own piece of mind, we recommend to send your memory card via recorded delivery which is traceable (covers up to £27)
Or via special delivery next day (covers up to £500)
