If your memory card is not physically damaged, we have specialised recovery software that retrieves almost all your photos or videos back. At least 90 – 95% of your photos are recovered.

Pictures / videos / documents, that have been recovered will be copied onto a CD or DVD. When you receive your memory card back along with your CD from us, we recommend that you format the memory card in your digital camera.

The Process
1. Send your memory card to the address above. Please send a S.A.E. (please print in block capitals)
2. We will scan your memory card/usb drive, and email you a sample set of the recovered pictures as thumbnails.
3. We will request payment by PayPal or Cheque. (PayPal is the fastest option, secure online payment via credit/debit card)
4. Upon receipt of payment we will return your memory card and the recovered pictures on CD/DVD.

For your own piece of mind, we recommend to send your memory card via recorded delivery which is traceable (covers up to £27)
